Software Development Solutions for teams that have to ship

Sixteen services across engagement models, product development, AI and managed engineering, delivered by senior engineers in Ho Chi Minh City. Pick the service you need, or pick the model you want to buy it under. Every one of them runs on the same terms: your repository, your cloud accounts, your IP from the first commit, and thirty days’ notice to leave.

Getting started

From first call to shipping code

The same three stages whichever of the sixteen services you start with, and whichever engagement model you buy it under.

01
Day 1–5

We map what you actually need

A 30-minute call, then a written role map: seniority, stack, team shape, timeline and a cost range. No deck, no discovery invoice.

02
Week 1–3

You approve every hire

We shortlist from our bench and our network, you interview. Nobody joins your team without your yes - and “no” costs you nothing.

03
Week 4–6

Your team ships

Onboarding into your repo, your tools and your rituals. First pull requests inside the first fortnight, then a delivery cadence you can plan around.

Common questions

Before you pick a page

Still not sure?

Describe the problem rather than the service. We will tell you which of the sixteen it is, including when the answer is that you should hire locally instead.

I am not sure which service I need. Where do I start?
Start from the problem, not the service name. If the software does not exist yet, the answer is somewhere in Product Development: MVP Development to prove an idea, Software Product Development for a fixed scope and date, Custom Software Development for a long-running system. If it exists and you do not trust it, that is Code Audit & Remediation. If it exists and works but nobody is looking after it, that is Application Maintenance & Support or Application Managed Services. And if the real problem is that you cannot hire the engineers, none of those fixes it - go to Engagement Models instead.
What is the difference between an offshore development center, a dedicated team and staff augmentation?
They differ in who manages the engineers and how much structure comes with them. With IT staff augmentation the engineers join your existing team and report to your engineering manager, so you manage them exactly as you manage your own staff. With a dedicated development team you get a standing team working only on your product, you set the technical direction, and we carry recruiting, HR, payroll and retention. An offshore development center is that taken to its conclusion: your own engineering floor in Ho Chi Minh City, without you registering a Vietnamese entity to have one. The engineers are the same people in all three cases.
Can I take more than one service, or move between engagement models?
Yes, and most engagements are more than one. The three engagement models describe how a team is managed and billed rather than what it is allowed to work on, so any of the other thirteen services on this page can be delivered under any of them. A common shape is a code audit first, because it is two weeks and it tells both sides what the real state of the software is before anyone commits to a team. Tell us the direction you expect to move in and we will say what it changes commercially.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do, from the first commit, and it is the same answer on all sixteen services. Work is done in your repository, on cloud accounts held in your name, with intellectual property assigned to you in the agreement rather than transferred at the end. An NDA is signed before anyone gets access and the first access is read-only. The practical test of all this is what leaving looks like: thirty days of notice, no exit fee, and nothing to migrate because none of it was ever on our side.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the model rather than the service, and each page states its own figure. Staff augmentation is the fastest at one to two weeks, because it is one engineer joining a team that already exists. A dedicated team is four to six weeks, because a team has to be assembled and you interview everyone in it. QA engineers are two to four weeks. In every case the first week is the same: a 30-minute call, then a written role map with seniority, stack, team shape, timeline and a cost range, before you commit to anything.
Where do the engineers actually sit?
Every engineer who touches your code sits in the Ho Chi Minh City office, on company-controlled infrastructure. We are not a network of subcontractors and we do not place freelancers. The offices in the United Kingdom and Australia are commercial and account-facing, which is worth stating plainly because a lot of firms let a London address imply a London delivery team. InApps holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, and you can ask for a current headcount for the specific stack you need rather than a company total.

The more of the shape you give us, the more useful the first reply is. If the answer is that you should hire locally, or that another firm fits better, we will say that instead.
