Our Strategy
The design and development of the app were planned to sync with the client’s requirements. Since the new app had to match the existing iOS app, we decided to allocate more resources to the development of Android. The team’s expertise and collaboration allowed them to overcome the various challenges that they faced.

Objectives
The project’s main objective was to increase the number of customers who visit a certain restaurant and help them retain their loyalty and increase their direct engagement.
We were tasked with creating a complete Android app that would integrate with the existing iOS app. We also needed to create a backend and CMS that would allow the users to easily adopt the new features.
